Organizational Structure

Before adding employees, you must define your hospital's hierarchy:

  • Departments: e.g., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Front Desk, Billing, Pharmacy.
  • Designations: e.g., Head Nurse, Junior Resident, Senior Consultant, Pharmacist.

This structure dictates reporting lines and approval workflows for leaves and appraisals.

Roles & Permissions (Security)

ZenoHosp uses a robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system. Here, you define what different roles can see and do across the entire software suite.

For example, you can create a "Cashier" role that only has access to the POS in the Pharmacy app, but cannot view the Finance Dashboard. A "Surgeon" role might have access to the OT Room schedules and HMS patient records, but not the HR Payroll data.

Assigning the Company Admin role grants unrestricted access to all modules and billing settings.
